Artswift Vault is a desktop collection manager designed to help collectors organize and track their gaming and collectible items.

You can use Artswift Vault to manage items such as:

* Amiibo
* Nintendo Switch games
* Consoles
* Controllers and accessories
* Other gaming collectibles

All collection data is stored locally on your computer.

Main Features

Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a quick overview of your collection.

It displays:

* Items Owned
* Wishlist Items
* Collection Completion
* Estimated Collection Value
* Recent Additions
* Missing Items
* Duplicate Items

All statistics are calculated automatically from your saved collection.

Adding an Item

To add a new item:

1. Open Artswift Vault.
2. Click Add Item.
3. Enter the item information.
4. Click Save.

Available fields include:

* Name
* Category
* Series
* Status
* Quantity
* Condition
* Estimated Value
* Notes

Item Status

Each item can be assigned one of the following statuses:

Owned

Use this status for items currently in your collection.

Wishlist

Use this status for items you would like to purchase or collect in the future.

Missing

Use this status for items that are part of a collection or series you are trying to complete.

Duplicate

Use this status when you own additional copies of the same item.

Sold

Use this status for items that were previously in your collection but have been sold or removed.

Managing Your Collection

Open the Collection section to view all saved items.

You can:

* Search by item name
* Search by series
* Filter by category
* Edit existing items
* Delete items
* View quantity
* View condition
* View estimated value

To edit an item, select it and click Edit, or double-click the item.

To remove an item, select it and click Delete.

Wishlist

The Wishlist section automatically displays all items marked as Wishlist.

Use this section to keep track of collectibles you plan to purchase later.

Missing Items

The Missing section displays all items marked as Missing.

This is useful when tracking incomplete Amiibo sets, game collections, or other collectible series.

Estimated Collection Value

Each item can have an estimated value in USD.

Artswift Vault calculates the total estimated value of items marked as Owned.

The estimated value is intended for personal collection tracking only and does not represent a guaranteed market or resale price.

CSV Export

You can create a backup of your collection using CSV export.

To export your collection:

1. Click Export CSV.
2. Choose where you want to save the file.
3. Enter a filename.
4. Click Save.

The exported CSV file can be opened with applications such as Microsoft Excel.

CSV Import

Artswift Vault can also import collection information from a compatible CSV file.

To import:

1. Click Import CSV.
2. Select a compatible CSV file.
3. Artswift Vault will add the items to your local collection.

The recommended column format is:

Data Storage

Artswift Vault stores your collection database locally on your computer.

Your collection remains available after closing and reopening the application.

Because the current version uses local storage, it is recommended that you periodically export your collection as a CSV backup.

Moving to Another Computer

To move your collection to another computer:

1. Export your collection as a CSV file.
2. Copy the CSV file to the new computer.
3. Install Artswift Vault.
4. Open the application.
5. Import your CSV file.

Privacy

The current version of Artswift Vault stores collection information locally on your computer.

Collection information is not automatically uploaded to Artswift servers.

Tips

For better collection tracking:

* Use consistent series names.
* Mark unopened items as Sealed in the Condition field.
* Use Notes for purchase information or item details.
* Add estimated values if you want to track the approximate value of your collection.
* Export a CSV backup periodically.
